Stand achievement

[The Stranger]

Is this achievement supposed to unlock when beating the first stage? I've beaten all the levels and this achievement is the only one not to unlock.

As a note, I played this game on the day it released and it seemed like the achievements weren't working at the time. I did get to level 14 or 15, can't remember. But today there was an update and it looked like my levels were reset such that only the first 2 were available to play. I proceeded to finish the game afterwards.
