KKND series on WIN 10

Hi. How do KKnD games from Steam run on Win 10, and which one works better? I heard that GOG versions are broken on windowns 10. What does the situation look like on steam?

i dont know what the problem is. The other Laptop is a little bit older but i dont know why

Same issue here on windows 10. I can launch the game and create a game, but once I am in a game I can't scroll with my mouse to left/right/up/down (I am stuck) and I also can not open the option for constructing buildings or making units.

Weird thing is KKND xtreme works perfectly fine, but Krossfire is having issues on win10.

I've got the gog version and can confirm it runs on Windows 10, atleast on my surface anyway.

The Steam and GOG versions seem to be identical.
On Windows 10 or later, you need to enable DirectPlay.

I played the game with the HD patch and had no issues at all, but i played on Linux:

i wonder what all you guys do wrong that you cannot simply run the Game without downloading some patch first .... although i must admit that i also have the Moddb HD patch
for QOL reasons , still i had no problems running the Game normally
