"Lack of gameplay"
What some people call "lack of gameplay" is exactly why I love this game so much.
I don't have to worry about gathering or managing ressources, and I can just focus on building my town. It's so relaxing.
I get to imagine what my buildings are for, is that an appartement complex, a church, a market ?
To me it's like legos, but better.
I will welcome more content and cosmetic diversity, but I will gladly play the game if it stays in that state of "toy" or "non game"

I agree, but this game can easily have the main mode as a sandbox option, and a campaign option or missions as another way to play the game

It's 9 dollars for 3 minutes of content. It's not ready to be sold let alone put on Early Access, its proof of concept pre pre alpha.

if you don't think is ready you shouldn't have bought it. there is way more than just "3 hours of content"

I already have 12 hours on this toy lol, and at this state will probably have dozens more.

For 5 euros this has enough content for at least 20 hours, something that AAA titles often don't have...

It could, but it would totally change the focus of the game and its development

3 minutes? What exactly did you manage to build in 3 minutes?

I can see how if you were expecting a game with more traditional gameplay elements you would be disappointed. But it was pretty clear in the description it was a toy/tool.

I'm happy to keep it purely as a building toy. I'd much rather development resources went to what the majority of the users want which is expanding it's building capability and aesthetics rather than gamifying it.

But if it's not what you were after, that's fair enough.

how is it proof of concept if its the entire game? you could say that drawing software are proof of concept because they arent actual games

Did you buy it twice accidentally or something? It doesn't cost nine dollars.

I guess you also never played with construction blocks like legos as a child, huh?

It is. He's very transparently trolling, and not very well. Or he's australian or something.

In Canada it is 7 so I guess it depends on where you are.
But yeah he sounds like a troll.

It is the nonsense gameplay what makes it interesting. Nothing to worry. In fact, it's like the doodles you do while on telephone! Great!

I bought it sololy because there is no game play it is just a toy. I load it build a little town. It is relaxing. I really love it.

I've built 3 little cities already I have many more. It is priced perfectly for the content it gives and I adore it. I'd love to walk through or be able to save more than one city... but beyond that... This is really awesome.
