Infinite loading screen starting the game

My specs: Dell 7567 laptop - I7 7700hq - GTX 1050ti - 16gb RAM 2400mhz - 1TB HDD
EDIT: the game is working fine since last update

Not sure why this would be happening unless your having scripting errors due to missing files.

I'll need to see your "player.log" in order to know why this is happening, If you browse local you should see a shortcut called "Terrordrome-Logs" within this folder if the player.log.

You'll need to upload this somewhere in order for me to see it. Otherwise you can join our Discord and it will be a lot easier to help you.

Well your log doesn't show me much due to the fact I've disabled overall logging within a build. You might have to wait on the next update I'm planning to release sometime tomorrow in order for the log to full print out debugging info.

Have you not made any attempt to just reinstall the game or verify your game files, cause the only reason why your game would fail at this first loading screen is due to possible missing files.

Plus when installing the game there is a requirement that varies Visual C++ redistributions be installed as a file requires these libraries to be installed in order to run properly. As there is code within the initial loading screen that will fail if this isn't property installed.

Yeah im getting the same thing as well. Verified as well and just the menu is infinite.

One other user had reported this issue but with the fact they wasn't able to select a language on boot. It's possible to use the mouse here to select a language. If this isn't the same issue then you must upload a player.log file.

This shows no errors and it shows your logging to the game...

I have the same language selection problem, and I can't continue with the start of the game, please help.

Everyone I've already gave the solution to the initial Language selection, please use the mouse to select the language as using a controller or keyboard doesn't work at this time.

If you can't use a mouse to select this option then you'll have to wait on a patch I'm releasing soon.

Well this had worked for me from when installing the game on a fresh install of Windows on a cloud gaming pc.

Still infinite loading screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled too. Oh well. I'll wait for another patch.

Hello, a few days ago I spoke out about a very common error in the game, to which we were told that a patch was going to be released for the game to solve it. They have released more patches and I have more problems than I had, now it doesn't even enter the game, there is only an infinite loading screen.
I hope they solve all this because I haven't even been able to play it since I bought it, I can't get past the language selection screen and now the infinite loading screen. I only hope for the affection I have for its predecessor, but if they don't fix this I will have to return it and forget about this installment. Good luck.

The solution that has been found is to remove your settings within the registry at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HuracanStudios\" then completely delete "Terrordrome-ROTL" right under this.
