Poor Mans version of Sub-Terrania

So, I would respect t his game a lot more if it wasn't a blatant rip off of the Sega Genesis title Sub-Terrania. It even showcases the same shield mechanics, and has you carry X-Item to area B that alters your flight mechanics due to weight. Look, I get ideas are hard to come up with, but if you are using ideas from games already made, at least be honest and upfront and say its a homage or something while giving credit to the OG idea. Even a lot of the sounds from the trailer sound like they were recorded from the OG game and just sent through a static filter.

"Ripped" sounds like you embeded an emulator and did the real cheap dirty way. That would be really "ripped". When you start your own graphics, physics engine and controls, it is no rip. I think this word is from the music or graphics scene in that it is much easier to copy or remix a little bit something. Games are too complex, except you use a hidden Dosbox or emulator.

By the way, you also "ripped" Terrafire, Fly Harder, Turbo Raketti, Roketz or Zara-thrusta.

Did you also played the nice hommage in 3D from Psygnosis?
Lander from 1999 in 3D was damn hard to control. (Hint: Use a Xbox Controller today! Works fantastic.)

I would add pilots of Darsalon to that list but I never knew how to edit wikipedia , and I feel very lazy about that lol

Wow. I guess nearly every game in existence is a ripoff of something else. Same with music, all the songs have already been written. You aren't going to come up with any chord progressions that haven't been done already somewhere by somebody. Most gameplay types have already been done too, who cares?
