Adults Only?

Is there anything that could be done about the "Adults only" classification of this game? I live in Germany and I am unable to purchase this game because of steam's ban of anything that has this classification due to the lack of a proper age verification mechanism satisfying the requirements of the german law -- even although this would only be required for actual pornographic content, which this particular game does not seem to fulfill, so ironically it would be even legal to sell this game to minors in Germany...

Even more ironically, games like Succubus or Witcher 3 (which contains somwhat explicit sex scenes) can be purchased in the german steam store...

Is there any chance that one might purchase a steam key for this game from you by some other means than the steam store? I'm not sure if this still works, but according to some forum discussions from about half a year ago, it still seems to possible to activate a valid key for a game, even if it is banned due to the 18+ restriction...

On March 1, I took a survey for a rating in Germany, they put it up - 12+.
It's hard for me to explain why the game is not available for you to purchase.
I refreshed the page again, is it now possible to buy the game?

The problem is not the age rating, but simply the "Adult Only" tag -- any game with this tag is automatically banned from both China and Germany, independent of any other classification.

As a side-note, games containing nudity and/or sexual content are not generally banned in Germany -- if they are not marked as "adult only"; various other games like Succubus or Witcher 3, which contain explicit sex scenes, are available for sale in the german Steam store.

So unless you can somehow convice the Steam mods to get rid of the "adult only" tag, the game will remain unavailable in Germany.

Would it be an option, to make the game F2P with maybe 5 free pics so users in Germany can install it too? And make the rest of the pictures available via In-App-Purchases (DLCs won't work)?

Would it work if someone just bought you the game and sent it to you as a steam gift?

Thanks for the offer, but as far as I know, only a key for the game works, but steam gifts won't work (I might be wrong though). Also, my problem has been resolved in another way, but thanks anyways.
