It's a really good song, don't get me wrong.
But this one just isn't suitable for a rhythm game. I have no problems with all the rest but this one, lol, all the beats are messed up and unreasonable like wtf

Actually the OP got a point. Removing the song is not what i mean - but the song pattern in the game does not offer any flow fitting to the music in large parts. No matter the difficulty btw. I think the beat pattern deserves a serious overhaul at least.

I don't believe there is any song that is inherently unfit for a rhythm game, but my problem with forever is a lot more mechanical. At least on Normal difficulty the game repeatedly makes a sideswitch with a note basically already on the judgement line giving you very little time to react. This is just bad practice for readability as the only real solution is to memorize where a sideswitch is going to blindside you. The camera either needs to switch earlier, or use the center-view that gives you vision on both sides.

I'm not sure if that is addressed at OP or me, but since I got the notification as well (and used that as an excuse to play Proper Rhythm Must Die Remix for the 100th time), I checked out all of the other songs again and at least as far as my personal complaint about notes ambushing you on camera switch seems to be almost entirely gone. The expert version of Forever When still has a few, but they're not just used to suddenly ambush you on a side switch in a way that felt outright hostile to sight readers.

i mean i guess i kinda agree with this, i can barely get a b rank on it while easily a and s ranking other songs on the same difficulty (unbeatable)
