Why he is all rotting and peeling and not regenerate like the rest kindred? If i'm not mistaken he did regenerate wounds he got. Could his sire be a Nosferatu? Or is it a really bad side effect of being a thin blood?

He's probably a Hecata from the Samedi Bloodline which would explain the corpse appearance and painful bite. I think he's probably a Caitiff (as in not knowing his lineage) rather than a real thin-blood due to the strength of those traits.

yeah either Samedi (tho they stop being corpses when the Hecata formed) or a Thinblood with the dead flesh flaw but i'm not far enough into it to know which yet.

He is definitely a thin blood since he can go into torpor with a single shot to the chest, my guess is that he has the dead flesh flaw.

You can find out he diablerized his sire if you have sufficient magical insight. So he's presumably a 13th generation Samedi. It helps explain why he's a monster.
