i predict the dev will just say "produce the bug and submit it" or not reply at all.
i am to old to be someone else bug reporter.
I got 11 hours or so on the game so that is something.
i hope the dev have good forutune in the future so they can fix this game.
Try to remove the Steam Cloud Saves. From the game properties in library, untick Steam Cloud Saves, then try again.
I tried just now. Does not work. Different bug. Thanks for trying. Next month maybe i will try again.
First, remove the Steam Cloud Saves. From the game properties in library, untick Steam Cloud Saves.
Before you open the game again, right-click the game, manage -> browse local files. There will a folder popup. ..\Steam\steamapps\common\Vampire The Masquerade — Night Road.
Go to files ..\Steam\userdata\{youruser}\1290270, remove the folder inside the 1290270.
Then, open the game again.
If you want to reconnect the Steam Cloud Saves, be sure to upload instead of download.
This is how I makes the games works again, unfortunely the previous saves will be gone.

Realllllly annoying issue!
From what I know from the tech support, it seems like a Steam corrupted saved files.
My last Ravnos gameplay was also facing the same issue, probably need wait dev fix the white screen bug.
