Possible Ghouls and Raul

So, which NPCs has everyone found that could become a potential ghoul? So far I've found the pawnshop girl, and Invidia's scientist that are potential ghouls. Has anyone found any others?
I also wonder if anyone has found Raul at camp Scheffler, the guy you run into at the very beginning when you fight the wight. I've freed the prisoners there and foiled Olivecrona, but I can never find or meet Raul.

If you want to bump into, first look for him, then help the prisoners escape by cutting the fences, he'll approach there. Raul becomes a vampire hunter, so unless you're doing a high humanity/compassion run there's not a whole lot of merit in ghouling him.
