playback error 41

When I have tried to play the audiosurf radio song for the last 4 songs I get a noise and messsage saying runtime error Steam/steamapp/common/Audiosurf/engine/Questviewer.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way Please contact the application support team for more information playback error 41. Then when I close that the game closes. This has happened sometimes before but usually I am able to play the next days radio song. Is there anything I can do to get this fixed?
