They're down in rare moments, but the game still lives! :)))
Looking at the steam charts data, one could conclude there's likely a few "loyal" people playing, considering the player count has been pretty stable for a year. For me personally, I come back to this gem every third month or so just to chill for some hours. It's a wonderful way to enjoy your favourite music.
I think it's interesting how Audiosurf 2 barely held up a 33% higher average player count, but seems to have fallen a bit the last few months. We might soon see Audiosurf being the most played game of the two.
Really sad that game didn't do as well as the first one. Had a lot of potential.
