Stuck on "photosensitive seizure warning" screen

The game won't let me press "OK" to proceed past the photosensitive seizure warning screen. Is this happening to anyone else? How can I fix this? I already tried verifying game cache and reinstalling the game, but neither of those fixed the problem.

Sorry bud, you must have epilepsy and just not know it. But the game does. It's for your own good. In all honesty though, maybe what you're using to control the mouse is the issue? Are you using a controller or a mouse?

I have this problem too. I hadn't played since June and here in late August this is happening. I've tried all the stuff on the blizzard forum, filed a ticket but nothing is working. Reinstalled everything. Any ideas??

I just waited a long time and then it just got stuck on another page and now it works after an even longer time, it's like waiting for a Windows XP machine to boot up just give it alot of time
