EDIT: Combos involving Purgatorian's ascension perk are able to (partially) emulate what I had intended through Sacrifice, although you can't use ascension perks as anointments so it's not viable if someone wants to use the goblet (I always do). This doesn't change my stance at all, but it is some form of alternative added this patch.
Meat Bomb: revamped. After this creature provokes, it deals damage to all enemies equal to 50% of its missing Health. Then, it is killed. - That's not a nerf, that's a retirement. Find a middle ground, this is easily ten times worse than before. The only plus to this is that extra traits on this creature will affect Meat Bomb's damage now, but after Bloodmage was nerfed to not work well with Maniacs the obvious home for them is Purgatorian, which has Life After Death. So that plus is irrelevant. If Maniac Mutant's Cannibalistic Tendencies kills before Meat Bomb damage is calculated, then it's only three-four times worse than before when used with specifically that interaction(takes twice as many traits and does half as much damage), but if Meat Bomb calculates first, almost every use case is laughably bad. I would have said you at least have Maniac Warrior's Nice Haircut to work with, but...
Nice Haircut: creatures now resurrect with 50% Health instead of only 1 health. - ...that synergy just got wrecked too. Maniac Builder's No Fear also doesn't work with Nice Haircut anymore. Maniac Chief's Detonation doesn't work with Meat Bomb anymore. The race is significantly less synergistic now, and just plain bad. All of a sudden the best Maniac is Huntsman, but only for completely different teams. I used to want my Maniacs dead; now they're truly dead and I don't want it. Please bring them back.
There are plenty of nice additions, though, so good work on those.
Meat Bomb didn't even work until this patch (as of 0.9.X) due to a bug so I don't think you'll miss it as much as you think you will.
I don't even play Max HP builds, but I feel your pain.
I have wanted to play for a long time but I see that there is a lot of depth in the texts, are there any translation plans for the future?
Thanks again, good game

I've attached a video I just recorded showing Meat Bomb working in version 0.9.11.
If instead you're saying that Meat Bomb didn't work until after we hit patch 0.9.X, that hasn't been my experience either. Every version I've played on, Meat Bomb has worked. Perhaps I didn't play on the one or two sub-versions that it broke on.
If Meat Bomb hasn't been working, then why nerf it again (previous time being auxiliary nerfs to Max HP/Death builds in 0.9.X)?
havent tried it before so idk
is there somewhere we can view the exact realm properties?
As for the change to Sacrifice and co:
Chill. The change to Sacrifice is a good one because "taking 50% damage" was multiplied by traits/realm properties that increased your damage taken and could outright kill you. Setting health to 50% remidies that problem.
- CHANGE: Bloodseeker relic tier 4 perk reduced from 15% to 3%.
Bloodseeker nerfed again? Come on!
Look now we have 3 healing effects: Leeching, Mending and the Rank 1 perk.
Only one of the two nerfes would be enough, wouldn't you agree :)
Yes. But back up your saves.
With the new changes my team gains max health -much- faster than before. Capping the new 999 decillion value in roughly the same time it would take to hit the previous value.
Edit: to help understand. The change to rank 1 is actually a very significant buff that offsets the nerf to rank 4. There are creature traits that convert healing to max health and the way these interact now actually appears to result in a net gain over the previous iteration of Bloodseeker.
My team will go from 150k to millions of health in a single turn, then the millions become trillions etc. until hitting the cap within like 10-15 rounds (before getting to the second/third phase of "your pets are getting tired")
You say "Sacrifice and co.", but notice that Bleed Out, the other Bloodmage perk that also does 50% of your Max HP as damage wasn't changed. So the two are now disparate, and there is no 'co.', at least this patch. Unless by 'co.' you mean the Maniac stuff, which can't really be roped into an interaction comment about Sacrifice.
