Losing Dire Wolf Stacks
I'm not sure if this is a bug or I just don't understand exactly how the buff works but I've noticed an inconsistency. Sometimes when a creature takes its turn, it doesn't lose any stacks of Dire Wolves, but at other times the monster may lose 1 or 2 stacks of Dire Wolves.

I can't seem to piece together what triggers a creature to lose stacks of Dire Wolves and can seem to find no explanation, so I'm not sure if this a bug or intended. If it is intended, I would appreciate it if someone can explain what makes this happen. Thanks all!

Losing minions is done by a % chance i dont know the exact number. There are traits that prevent minions from leaving and a necromancer perk to

To properly answer your question though, I think it's 50% chance at end of turn? The developer has a blog ( http://www.thylacinestudios.com/ ) where he posted teasers and what not about the game, minions being one of them.
I thought it was supposed to be when the minions act and not just end of turn, but I'm not entirely sure.

As Dire Wolves act by dealing damage after the master attacks, I thought they had the % chance (I want to say 30 for some reason, but maybe it's 50) after they try to deal damage.

Not really sure if that's how it currently works or not, though, as I felt like sometimes mine would go away without doing anything?
I'm unsure if this is currently how it works, as I honestly don't spend very many turns in battle to notice (I assume so, as he hasn't spoken otherwise afaik), but here's a snippet from when he announced minions coming to Siralim Ultimate.

Minions go away by a % at the start of your turn. If your character acts first at the start of combat it is an almost 100% chance to loose 1 minion stack. While everyone else seems to be a noticeable percentage less exacts unknown.

Ok, thanks for the help that does explain why I lose the stacks after my creature attacks. However I am noticing that my creatures are losing stacks at the start of their turn too. Is this also intentional or is this possibly a bug that is applying the minion loss at the start of a creatures turn rather than the end?

Also I notice I sometimes lose more than one stack at a time, and there are even some instances of my creature losing all stacks at the start of their turn as well.
I couldn't tell you about that first part. It could be just what Caeneth said.. I will say, I actually haven't noticed minions going away at the start of turns.

Regarding you losing more than one stack, he says "each stack" has a chance to go away. Which means each stack you have rolls for that, in a sense. So it's definitely possible to lose more than one minion after a turn. It's just a matter of being lucky or not, I guess!
