There is Fanatic's Multitheism perk, which grants all your Godspawn their respective Avatar trait at the start of battle. Additionally, Fanatic has a perk which allows you to have up to 3 Avatar creatures on your team.
Yes, but not in the way you'd imagine. Fusing two Godspawns and then using Syndicate or Multitheism only grants one Avatar trait.
You can have multiple Avatar traits on one creature by trait copy mechanics and other such shenanigans, so technically you can fuse two Godspawns and have the resulting creature gain these traits by means, which are absolutely not worth it and probably are a huge waste of team space.
And considering the amount of grind here, i`d be surprised if a good deal of players hadn`t cheated at least a bit of resources.
Even the % achievements are in the wrong order according to Steam
