Fastest killing class/build with realm instability 5?
Using witch doctor at floor 370 so far, I get a super fast clear with most of the enemies ending themselves before the first turn, but I want a few more classes to not have to reset my goblet every time it doesn't have Witch Doctor in it, any recommendations?

Bloodmage and Hellknight can both clear RI5 fast and easy without much effort. If you want specific builds your best bet is joining the Discord as lots of people with lots of knowledge on this game are there and will be happy to share builds with you.

Eventually you can have Turn 0 wins with totally agnostic builds (builds that don't require a specific specialization and work for all specializations).

Straight out the gate you want stuff that scales well.

Witch Doctor is one of the fastest specs out the box, but other fast specs include:
Windrunner, Pyro, Purgatorian, Bloodmage, Cleric, Shadowbringer, Hellknight, Engineer, Toxicologist (to name a few).

Until you get anointments, Pyro can be considered one of the fastest RI5 specs simply because it shuts down resurrections. It also has in-built two damage types to deal with most enemy classes. Inferno + Raze is all you need to nuke everything.

Animator with the anointments Even The Odds from Trickster and the usual Health stuff will Turn 0 all normal fights and Turn 1 most boss fights.
The Animatus stacks a lot of stats and damage, Corpse explodes everything and in Boss Fights eitehr attack or use a strong spell like Blood Burst, Rapture or Gore Claw.

The user said they are on RD 370. Anointments are not available until around 430 or 440...

For my money Belphegor + Heat Beam is where it's at for speed. It kills everything in realms except false gods, nether bosses and Zantai. It even kills Rodian masters. It saves a massive amount of time and has no real hard counters. Confusion, CURUKUKU!! and Refraction are potentially things to watch out for but they're not a threat if you take the right precautions. 4080 even comes with built-in silence resistance for the party. The only drawback really is that it makes the game too easy and after you get used to it it's hard to go back to slower, less reliable builds.

So you are suggesting demonologist then. Because the user is at rd 370. They don't have anointments yet.

Edit: nevermind they are in the 500s now.

530+ right now, mastered Witch Doctor and Bloodmage (skipped Hellknight because sounds too simple and boring right now) and I am now making a Necromancer build

Oh nevermind. You have made a lot of progress since your initial post!
In that case Gaines is right. Heat Beam with belphegor is very very fast for general realm clear.

Btw necromancer is pretty slow compared to witch doctor.

Proper climbing Hell Knight is actually completely different than the obviously intended build: you get to cast an AoE spell for free at the start of the battle, so if you can buff that enough you'll end most fights before they've even properly started. Still fits the mold of Simple Yet Awesome that you'd expected from a spec built around the basic attack option, just without actually using said option a lot of the time.

I've been wanting to make a fun attack-based Hellknight build for a long time but I'm never satisfied with the performance I get. Anybody know any good gimmicks?

Big SOB stat gains is the way to go for attack builds. Then if you focus on max health you can use the blood mage perk to use 50% of your max health to deal increased attack damage.
