can you change or is only reskin color?
when you combinate 2 monsters in fusion you get ''re-color'' only from main parent

Or is possible get in game new skin or combinated skin with 2 parents.

When you fuse monsters, the result is indeed the primary monster with 1 of 4 color schemes provided by the secondary monster. Their graphics do not mix into a new one.

You can however get new creature skins. Most of them come from random battle encounters. You can tell that you're fighting a monster with a special skin by the star symbol in the upper left corner of its sprite (Dumpling and Mimic are exceptions, you'll easily be able to tell anyway).
Other skins can be bought in various places, like the Nether shop and the arena.
You also get some skins from random loot (most of them for Godspawn race).
When ascending specializations, you get 1 skin per spec as an additional reward. Speaking of Ascension, the bosses you defeat for that purpose also have a chance to drop specific creature skins.
Lastly, you may get a creature skin via ingame mail (check, if your inbox sparkles), on various occasions. For example, when Siralim Ultimate was released on Android, everyone got a creature skin in their inbox.

Additional info:
When you fuse 2 creatures and you like none of the available color schemes, you can put a skin on the secondary creature to change the colors you can choose from.
You can also change the color to the original one at the Fusionist (or to another available color scheme).

Each creature can only be fused once.
Once a creature has been fused, it can not be fused again and the fusion can not be reverted.
Don't let that worry you though, for most monsters it is a fast and easy process to gain multiple copies.
Also, at a relatively early point in the game (mid-late story), you can level up* your creatures for a cheap amount of resources, so you also don't have to worry about swapping out team members later.

*Creature levels are not too important. Combining different abilities and skills is the most important aspect of the game, because sooner or later enemies will have way higher levels than your creatures!

Disclaimer/exception: Some starting creatures are obtained later in the game than others. The most notable are the Bloodmage (moved to a post-story god's shop) Monk (also a shop, but a somewhat earlier one and a great farming location due to the first blessing being additional treasure golem spawns) and the Unicorn Vivifier (all specs get one, so it's notable that they're from an interactable in the realm you unlock starting at depth 25). On the other side of the scale, the Animator's starting creature automatically refunds the mana if you ever release it (but can't be fused the normal way).
