Thanks for your reply.
It looks like your monitor is not compatible as the resolution it has is too small.
We would recommend trying a full HD monitor/screen.
Unfortunately, your Intel(R) HD Graphics graphics card is also under the minimum specification for this title.
We would recommend you upgrade your machine to the minimum requirements listed below so that you can run the game with no issues.
MINIMUM:
- OS: Windows 10
- Processor: Intel Core i5-2300 or AMD FX-6300
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770, 4 GB or AMD Radeon R9 380, 4 GB
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 3 GB available space
RECOMMENDED:- OS: Windows 10
- Processor: Intel Core i5-3470 or AMD FX-8350
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, 6 GB or AMD Radeon RX 580, 4 GB
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 3 GB available space
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.Regards,

Easy fix is to set your resolution to 1920x1080 > start the game and change the settings in-game to 1920x1080 and disable Fullscreen > apply settings > quit game.
Change back to your previous resolution and start the game again and it should be fixed.
