Sheltered 1 vs Sheltered 2 - which should I play?

I feel like playing shelter management game again and I'm torn between Sheltered 2 or going back to Sheltered 1 (which I already have/played). The reason I can't decide is because Sheltered 2 has "mixed" reviews and I don't want to buy it just to end up going back to Sheltered 1 because it has a better gameplay/content.

I've watched/read some reviews:
1. Disappointing animation - however I think it's still better than Sheltered 1
2. Micromanaging - this I'm not sure how to feel

Please tell me how do you feel if only these 2 games are compared, and if getting Sheltered 2 is worth it.

*I enjoyed Sheltered 1 however the end goal of moving to a new vault; I didn't like because I get attached to my people :P
**Feel free to recommend other shelter management games out there (except Fallout, shelter manager and mr. prepper)

Don't bother, it's a dead game with lots of bugs.

So i think it is worth it, but in the end i can only speak for myself. ive certainly got my moneys worth out of it. Another Shelter kinda game i can recommend is: This war of mine
Great game with cool story. Really loved to play that game

get sheltered 2 its a better and larger game with more features and tweaks.

Problem with Sheltered 2 is not disappointing animation or story or gameplay. All of these are far better then Sheltered 1. Problem is bugs. A lot of functionality do not work at all or work not as described. Call merchants on radio does not work, incinerator burn out ten times faster than expected. Skill experiments works opposite to described. You would need a lot of save scumming to complete game.
