Are Lucifer and Justice the only survivors?

So as for some who've already played the game have seen the story, I was wondering... Are Lucifer and Justice the only survivors of Azazel's take over of Hell? Did she KILL the rest?

Pandemonica might have left because she felt that her work was underappreciated and maybe coffee in Hell taste terrible.
Modeus might be too addicted to romantic novels and decided to write one rated 18+.
Cerberus might be somewhere on Earth corrupting the mortal realm.
Malina might have left to play video games instead and maybe decided to become a professional gamer. She might decided to program some games on her own too.
Zdrada probably didn't want to serve Azazel and decided to follow her sister to annoy her more. She might be into BDSM and do it for buying her cigs.
I have no idea for Judgement.
Beelzebub might be still stuck in the void.

Demons have a thing for sins and sweets. Lucifer probably gave her kingdom to Azazel in exchange of holy apple pie recipe. I wouldn't be surprised since Lucifer left Hell to be in a harem because she got corrupted by chocolate pancakes.
I think that Justice is a follower and easily impressed kind of person because she followed the Helltaker in his harem no matter what he said. She probably was excited about Azazel's work and decided to follow her to see what's going to happen next.

I thought Azazel just had cool robotic gloves at first. But the new artbook confirms that she, indeed, lost her arms while taking over Hell.

This is Vanripper, not George R.R. Martin. Just because they didn't have a cameo doesn't mean they're dead. The Cerberus fanbase alone would stone Vanripper to death if he killed them off. Most likely they have either been subjugated, imprisoned, or exiled.

I could see Malina reluctantly resuming her duties as janitor for Loremaster, Cerberus in prison as she seemed most loyal to Lucifer, and Judgement in hiding, organizing a resistance movement.
