So how does Puzzletaker works?
I mean I got it but I'm not really sure what was the requirement

Clear the regular puzzles, not the timing ones or at least not the last timing one, from what I hear... I haven't really payed attention to when it unlocked for me, I was too focused on the shenanigans unfolding.

This is incorrect. I skipped the final timing puzzle (VI) and still got the "Puzzletaker" achievement.

Puzzletaker is unlocked for completing 5th puzzle in the newest chapter (EX), you can skip everything else.

Neat. It didnt pop up for me till after I beat boss and started game up again but I didnt skip anything and so I just assumed that was it.
