The game is pretty tame to be honest, so if that's something you are concerned about (Like I was, wanted to try it but wasn't sure how bad it would be in that regard.) you don't have anything to worry about.

It's a very weird game to play with a little kid though. It's not like the world is short of games that aren't sex themed. You'll have to explain the whole harem thing and so on. It's suggestive and fairly obvious what it is suggesting but I wouldn't want to have to explain it.
