Bugged Movement?

Is movement bugged for anyone else? When I move my character a tile it takes him a good couple seconds and its extremely sluggish compared to this video where he moves instantly to the next tile. Does this have to do with me playing on keyboard?

Same here, keyboard too. Also my system kinda weak, 1030 and i5.

the funny think it's the only way I win chapters. If you move slowly, you can't hack the wall, but if you move fast you go throw them. I even thought perhaps this is the game????
