seeking demon alliance

I just started this game and wanted to come to the demons area to seek an alliance with them. Fought a couple of battles did my adventure so on and so forth and eventually completed my main quest for the demons. But i didnt get any alliance with them when i talked to the different characters. And this annoys me because i spent several hours trying to get alliance and didnt get any. Am I missing something or do i still get the chance of getting an alliance with them later in the game?

You can't get an alliance on any faction in any of the early areas of the map. When you advance more in the game you will reach your goal and can ally with them.
