The game is only for VR devices and VR controls.
For those looking for a new experience in VR, this title is great!
But for those looking to use a real transmitter, sorry.. maybe in the future!
With that extra bit of realism it is propperly a rc flight sim.
our main idea with RC Flight Simulator 2020 VR is to bring an amazing VR experience for such players as your self, that love to fly RC planes in the real world and would love to fly then at home!
I have a few years of experience flying RC planes and building them. It is a hobby that we took seriously to bring to VR! But of course, you are going to find differences.
But give it a try! I think you will not regret it!
How does your throttle work? You didn't answer in your reply, thanks!
The throttle works like an acceleration lever.
- Pushing UP will increase throttle constantly until it reaches MAX.
- Pushing DOWN will decrease throttle constantly until it reaches a 0.
- Releasing throttle will keep the throttle at the current value.
The % of the movement of the throttle axis will change the speed of Up/Down sum.
You can change the throttle increasing/decreasing speed also in "Configuration". Just increasing "Sensitivity".
So, it is easy to stop throttle at the percent you want. But again, it is not like real transmitted, that you keep the value at the throttle position.
But with all other inputs works like in the real RC transmitter. Pitch, Roll, and Yaw works the same, but the throttle works like that.
It is to weird to implant 0 to max starting for the center of joystick lever right? Your muscular memory would also be disappointed with that. But that we can do!

What I want in VR is to simulate what you would do in real life. If you're racing, you use a wheel, if you're flying a plane, you use a joystick and If you're flying a RC plane you want your rc transmitter! Why would you NOT implement that? Sad.
I will buy once I can use the USB RC transmitter!
