Some mechanics from the campaign like bubble spawners are missing. Bust most importantly you can't "chain" several levels to a package which makes beating levels rather unsatisfying.
To me in this Bubble Game game, beating a single levels means not that much. Having one course with several levels in succession is what's interesting.
In my opinion this should be possible and you can set stars for different highscore thresholds, this would give an incentive playing the levels for score, abolute uber tier would be if each of the "levelpacks" would have own leaderboards. Maybe you could even decide if the scoring should work like in the arcade of the future or like how you know in the main campaign, this would make 2 possible approaches valid, maybe even allowing to mix them up together. In this manner even trivial levels can become interesting as one part of something larger.
But how it is now it's just to barebones after all.
