Please find known, existing issues below with workarounds/fixes.
If you have any issues with the game, please contact support (see links below) along with a simple description of what happened and how to re-create the issue, if it's not simple, along with your PC specs, if needed (EG if it's a controller issue, we probably don't need specs).

PC Specs example

• OS: Windows 10 Pro (64bit) + version if known
  
• Processor: Intel Core i5-2400
  
• Video Card:GeForce GTX 550Ti
  
• Memory: 8GB
  
• Controller: Xinput? DirectInput? Make & model being used
  
• Optional: Multi monitor, resolution, separate sound card, controller (depends on issue being experienced)

Current known issues

• 1. Bubble Bobble runs too fast
  Set your monitor's refresh rate to 60Hz and/or cap your frame rate to 60Hz (graphic card settings vary by manufacturer)
  
• 2. Issues with some controllers
  Right click on Bubble Bobble in your Steam library
  Properties > Controller > Disable Steam Input (from the dropdown menu)

I want to play the classic arcade mode but it runs way too fast.

Rather than giving me dumb workarounds I want you guys to actually fix it in the game.

Please patch this game. I ended up refunding it too, but will buy it again if issues get fixed.

No v-sync after the last patch.

When using the water bubbles in classic, the ones that you can ride and then kill everything, they are supposed to pop enemy bubbles on the way down, in your version they are not.

I have a very annoying tearing on the home screen and initial video animations/camera movements. Also in the passage between one level and another in the classic version.
All with 60 fps in game (like the refresh of my monitor).

If on geforce drivers imposed:

- maximum frequency 30 fps
- vsync with application setting

tearing problem is solved.

But the classic version goes in slow motion!!!

Is it possible to solve the problem and even in a short time?

or refund it. there is no reason to reward Taito for this kind of treatment.

We have had 1.01 patch which i think fixed some things but it looks like there's still some work to be done.

It's a bubble bobble game in 2021. We don't need to be the beta testers for it.

The first controller controls player 1 and 2. This problem has already been mentioned, but it is still there. I tried 'Disable Steam Input' but it's not working. HELP !

P1 controller controls both P1 and P2 simultaneously. Unable to play single player game! This has been a problem since release day.
