How long is the game?

Looking to buy this game sometime soon, and I wanna know how long a playthrough will last.

I'd say around 9-10 hours is fair if you're just going to focus on the defined path. I took 14 in doing everything and got a little lost in one of the sections. May be a little short in comparison to other rpgs but I think it gave me more enjoyment than most I've played recently.
