Sage Labyrinth+Deep Key Solution?[Spoilers ahead]

I've beaten the car boss, I've tried sliding the main area back and forth- I can access the locked door that needs the deep key but I can't find the third sage in here nor can I find the switch that unshields what I ASSUME is the deep key on another island. I have absolutely no idea where to go or what to do after being stuck going in circles in the labyrinth for two hours now and no one has mentioned a guide/solution/advice/key points of interest in regards to it anywhere on the internet.

Third sage is behind that locked door. deep key is unlocked in the second minigame, acessed through jump dashes after landing the ship on a small island

The problem being- the island bit with the jump dashes. The key is shielded and I have no idea how to de-activate the shield as there's no way down and I can't fit through the little cable/eye-hole design.

You actually can fit through the hole lol. Mason should make it a bit wider because many people may have trouble with it and be left confused. gl

After wiggling around in walk mode verrry carefully I finally did- Thank you for this, I thought I was missing something in the maze and was going insane. TY

It is found after sliding the main area near the rope through a switch, creating an area that can be walked over, acessed through a ladder

I love that it's a patch note. But yeah I felt dumb finding out about it because I swore up and down I was missing something in the maze.

I'm still at a total loss here. I'm pretty sure I've explored the entire maze (at least a dozen times) and I have no clue where the door is after moving the walls.

Well, there's the problem. I only see the afterlife spawn there, not a hidden area. I've hit the switch to open up a path on the first floor, and I've also pressed the switch to move the walls, and that area is not there.

Thank you for making a video though! I wonder if I ran into a bug in my copy? No wonder I've been going nuts

Wait... I'm mistaken, the spawn point is a different room. However, I did find out how to navigate to the car boss and proceed after a face palm. There's this one path that I missed since it can only be gone to with the original wall layout, you have to press the switch and revert the walls. Hope this helps anyone else searching the forum with the same problem I had

Yes, that's the same path I take at the end of my video (but a different perspective is helpful).

Also as an aside, getting the sage key is something completely different from the route I posted above. I have to say, it was completely arbitrary and I never would have found it if I didn't watch a video.
