I got my first paper cup, but I can't find any cooler around... I mean, is there another way to increase your Will?

There's one inside your Airship, press the menu button to walk inside the airship after using the ladder.
If you didn't got it yet just keep playing.

And after you get the Airship look for a city that looks like Mexico, there you will find the last companion to your party.
