Warrior Sculpture Reloads Charging Grapeshot resulting in Game Crash

I was playing Ship of Fools with a friend and I had the warrior sculpture and D20 with Lava Crucible. On the final boss, my friend charged his grapeshot cannon while I spammed away at the boss causing lots of crits and endlessly refilling our ammo. When my friend released his shot, a ton of bullets appeared and our game instantly crashed. I think it was because the warrior sculpture trinket was reloading his grapeshot overcharging his cannon to a point where all the bullets were too much for the game to handle. Lost a very good run due to the game crash :(
