lighthouse level 15 problem

I already finished game in lighthouse level 15, and reward says 'restore the entity', what does it mean? I start a run again and didn't notice any change.

same here, just made it past level 15 but nothing noticable happened/changed?

I was hoping for the small latern/beacon on ship to be permanently active or maybe storm not progressing at all to allow a little bit uncovering the last tile in each biom... hope there's something behind it more than story "finish".

Haven't checked what's underneath red cross marks on map yet (you need special map artifact to see those) and 3 holy artifacts to finish with.

Just beat the game, and looks like restore entity is just story wised and achievement only, no changes in gameplay
