Ship of Fools Review and trophy attainment

I was introduced to Ship of Fools by my brother. It was a chaotic at first however I quickly caught on. I was hooked, so I played until I grabbed all the trophies except for a few, which I think are bugged: Master-at-Arms, Destroy 10,000 sea monsters; Ship Gunner, Destroy 1,000 sea monsters; and Betty Joins the Crew, Unlock Betty. I've seen a few posts on the forum with others describing the same trophy issue not unlocking. I hope the developers fix this because I really like getting the platinum trophy. I'm playing the most up-to-date version, 1.2.0.18....I'll have to move on to another game but it was good while it lasted.
