Hello to all!

First and foremost, we would like to thank everyone who has supported Awoken: Chapter One of Reverie throughout its development time. We would also like to thank everyone for your patience during our absence of updates on Awoken.

This began as a passion project from two developers during the Covid pandemic and unfortunately was not able to be delivered with the vision we had dreamed for it. With heavy hearts, we announce its removal from the Steam store page as we continue on with more experiences for everyone to enjoy.

Hello, everyone! We are excited to present a new screenshot for everyone to dissect from the new team working on Awoken. The team is looking to give a fresh and full experience for Awoken and is actively working on pushing out an update for Early Access. The full version of the game is being heavily worked on so it may be a while longer until we can give a concrete release window for the update and full game.

If you take a closer look you may find something devious waiting for you... 😈

Our Plans In 2022 Regarding Awoken

Greetings. This is Spades, your Awoken Community Manager here to let everyone know some fantastic news regarding Awoken:

I will be relaying any changes or updates regarding Awoken should anything else come to fruition or change. I am happy to say that we are looking at having an update come from our brand new team around March of 2022. This means that in that time we will be working diligently to overhaul and make the game feel much more refined and changed compared to what we have now.

Please be patient with us as we wish to deliver a product that will make every minute of waiting worth it. We want nothing more than to make not only the fans proud but to make our company proud of this product. Tidbits and snippets will be shared for Awoken leading up to its March update that is sure to show just how hard the team has been working on it. Our primary goals in mind are to build the experience from the ground up, make a more consistent experience for the player regarding functionality, and ensure our team can learn from the hiatus and inconsistencies we have left with Awoken.

Companies make mistakes. But that's not an excuse to leave our fans without answers and we aim to provide not only an amazing game but to improve upon and learn from it. Thank you to our readers and players for keeping up with the status of Awoken!

9.15.2020 Update Delayed

Hello again! As you may know, last week’s update to Awoken had to be delayed from Tuesday until Wednesday due to unforeseen complications. Due to similar issues this week, our update that was scheduled to go live today around 2:00 PM EST now needs to be delayed until tomorrow while we iron out the problem. Moving forward, it would work out better with our internal scheduling if we move our updates to every Wednesday instead of Tuesday. Expensive Game...

Why is this game so expensive? How many hours of story is there? A game that lacks content, probably not optimized, and is a carbon copy of other horror games shouldn't be this price. Is there any explanation? I would love to try the game and edit up a YouTube video covering it, but man it's expensive for me....

Update on Patch Delay

Hello guys and gals! As you’re aware, we haven’t pushed the patch from last week yet. This was due to a rare lighting issue that our team has been hard at work trying to overcome. I’m happy to report that they’ve identified and fixed the problem so we can now view the game the way it was meant to be seen.
