Can only match with bots

After getting several server connection issues queuing into matches, I am now unable to matchmake with human players. After about 5 minutes, I'll be placed in a bot-only lobby. Queuing in a party with others doesnt help. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Did you happen to turn crossplay off, or has the population fallen off the last few weeks?

No on is awake right now.
Games after midnight is usually pretty slow in my experience.

if you dont match with people, thats mean its a bug, try to check crossplay
