other than that, its exactly wat i thought it was. the pure pve only mode is bein added in a patch in 2 weeks.
at its core its mad fun
probably if it was half i might recommend it, more like 20 bucks
For what I have open to do on day 1 I think this would have been better served either being free to play, costing significantly less (like $20-$30 ballpark), or being delayed until more promised features/modes/party crossplay was added.
I know there is additional content already announced including something with Street Fighter and something with Monster Hunter. Now if they are planning on crossovers carrying the content hard, then they really, really need to knock them out of the park. Because right now at day 1 I really don't feel there is enough to merit a $60 price tag + cosmetic shop + paid battle pass.
I think this is probably a "play if you have gamepass or wait for sale if game is still active" situation.
I mean, leaving a bunch of angry rants doesn't really do much, you know? The devs won't take those over-the-top complaints seriously. And it's not gonna magically change the game.
If you ask me, giving polite suggestions is a better way to go. That makes it easier for the developers to listen and improve things.
But hey, that's just my two cents on the situation. I'm no expert!
It's a forum, so by very loud you mean a large share of the reviewer base? so a lot of vocal customers wanted a specific product and didn't get it and they are wrong for being unhappy about it.
Sounds like the product itself needs to be good enough to sway at least some of those customers to trying something new.
They refuse to give up on trying to make a PVP shooter game. They always release a few good games, and then they always try to force out some competitive game. They never get it right. Usually its just really bad RE PVP games, this time they tried to bamboozle people with Dino Crisis vibes. Its got more micro-transactions than warzone.
I playing it now for hours and your "micro-trnsactions" you cry about are NON EXISTING, dumbass. You clearly didnt played the game, you properly didnt even finish the tutorial mission or maybe even died in there, who knows. There is no Shop where you can buy stuff, ohh loot boxes, oh yeah but you CANT BUY them you earn them by playing, aswell more content when you progress through the story. Go back to crynet dude...
