Hey Bro what do you think about ending from this game?

In my last gameplay, I run through the game without dying, but it did not give me the achievement. Does it mean I met a freaking bug or you have to run the whole game without loading any checkpoints or the no death achievement only can get at the first gameplay? There are quite a lot of small bugs including missing key items or cannot pick up the box to reach the key which often happens when I am playing the first two chapters. I do wish they will be fixed as the third chapter boss is really easy to lead...

The hint only says explore the neighborhood. I passed the numbers with the fire and now I have nowhere to go. There are some games to interact in a garden, and an open store-like building that I can enter inside, but I cannot see what is inside. Am I missing something?...

Can i reset my progress so my collectibles still locked.
