but for me the black borders look too thick+distracting and kinda make many characters look janky... also feels like it reminds me of telltale games' walking dead artstyles.
eventually i decided that when i play b2 i prefer to turn off the cel-shading through ini config file tweaking, because i want to see the characters show their appearances more naturally without the distracting thick black borders that ebb/undulate weirdly everytime you move quickly toward/away from the characters.
nowadays i wish borderlands artstyles would lean more toward anime-comic style like cyberpunk edgerunner, hi fi rush or arcane series.
