Hopefully this game doesn't cause consoles to shut off like bl3 does at times, never had bl2 do that, but bl3 has many times for well everyone at some point, hopefully this game looks and plays smoothly.

I dont have to go into extreme detail, everyone who has been gaming for years and years knows coming soon, just means it's not expected to take more than a year to release.

As for preordering it has to be worth it, none of the stuff they gave you in 3 was worth more than like 20 minutes of gameplay.

Hardware specs have nothing to do with the definition of the subjective perception of soon. They keep that information close to the vest as long as they want. Though I would hope they are listed when the pre-order opens up. And nothing guarantees that pre-orders will open up when they announce the specific day of launch.

Personally, I am not planning to pre-order. After the BL3 fiasco I want more hard details to see if the series will continue to fit what I enjoy. And that is unaffected by the OP's perception of soon as I make my own decisions instead of following their direction.

Of course they do …take to the bank that you won’t be able to preorder until there are hardware specs listed..hopefully they come sometime in the next few months or the game might be next year

Not being able to pre-order until hardware specs are listed is just mentioning an expected requirement. Still doesn't change what will be soon for me.
