jack at least still had some little shred of humanity by trying to save angel and become corporate hero in his own twisted delusional way, so jack feels more like a tragic villain compared to the twins who had been cared so much by their parents yet throw it all away because chaotic stupid evil lulz worship syndrome.
Dad was one of the less appealing Borderlands creations. Since he is a priapic joke there's no real weight to the twins' fate.

tyreen and troy are just annoying disposable villains that everyone want to quickly forget and move on (except for people who thirst after them)
Y'all clearly hate them, and that was the point.
This isn't a case like people hating Lil' Jeoffrey (Or whatever that Game of Thrones character's name was) because the character was that well portrayed and was a genuine evil little ♥♥♥♥. Instead, this is a case of people finding the characters so annoying that they don't like them being there at all.
Handsome Jack is a good villain because he is a good character. Can the same be said for the Twins?
Yeah, the twins were good characters. They were modeled after the kind of obnoxious Tik-Tok/Youtube creators that care for nobody but themselves while pretending that their army of followers is their precious family while milking them for every last cent in the process. You know, the kind who are frequently discovered to be monsters?
You SHOULD find them annoying. That's the POINT. That's MY point. They were written to be what they are, just like Joffrey from GoT. Tyreen and Troy were both fantastically voice acted, and it's wild to say that Joffrey, who was written to be an entitled sociopath- and that's why you hated him- is any different from the entitled sociopaths that were the Twins?
Both abused their power, and the people who served them. Both were immature, petty, and evil. I have seen the parts of GoT with Joffrey present. I have played through BL3 many times. I find all 3 of them detestable, and relish in their deaths.
Err, no. He dead baby. Let's move on.
