I have same acount on gog and steam
Why my achievements don't transfer or i need to make a new account ?

Achievements cannot be transferred over, because Steam and GOG are two separate platforms.

no... your achievements can only count from where you start the game from So if you want Steam achievements you have to start the game from steam and like wise for GOG
