AMD Radeon Ingame Overlay not working (Fixed)

Im trying to record gwent games with amd software but all i get is green video (audio is ok). Also cant open ingame amd overlay, is probably related. I tried disable fullscreen optimization from game .exe, disabled windows game mode and some other settings but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas what could be? Its working good in other games.

I had to use amd cleanup utility in safe mode, and reinstal drivers.
