Yeah, it is. For the relatively low price it charges, you get hella collectibles, vanity items and a ton of Reward points (the keys) to unlock more trees.

In short, no.

You get roughly 3700 ore for beating whole premium side of the journey and 11500 ore for beaing free part of it. 50 keys that you get from it is farm from being "a lot" or worthy the price, instead, you can buy two whole games in Steam, like "Tavern of Gods" and "Solar Settlers" (during sales).

I think you got your numbers wrong, especially the RP bit. You do get more if you beat quests (check the Quest section) not to mention, a truck load of vanity items. The Journey costs 10 bucks to unlock for a game thats clearly more interesting than the two arbitrary, no-name games mentioned. Tavern of Gods is $10.49 and Solar Settlers is $4.99 during discount, looks like someone slept through their addition class.

Journey is not a separate game, it's just tiny ammount of extra resources which are not even enough to fully unlock cards of one faction.

For me Tavern of Gods costs $7 right now with discount and Settlers $7 without discount. While premium costs $11.

It's ok, wrong thinking isn't something rare nowdays when people don't care much about real numbers.

In fact, it is much better to buy discounted "Thronebreaker" instead of Journey, alteast you get a real game 40+ hours worth of time and even slight replayability.
