I really appreciate the game and all its quirks and gameplay features, but Oh Hell, there are so many people trying to troll you into quitting a game by taking their sweet time with every turn just to mess with you.

Personally, i find it really hard to enjoy a game where my opponent can force me to wait for a solid minute every few turns to tempt me to quit the game.

Id find it hugely helpfull to lower the max. ammount of time people can take to make their turn.

I agree with you about people taking their time as a tactic. i have had internet issues because i live rural and have had issues with user interface freezing on me. i think my problem represents a very low percentage of lollygaggers.

Good news! Battle Rush mode is back for the week as the seasonal. One week of 8 second turns and no more slowpokes. :P

Hey, just offering an input. I adore the relatively gentle pace of the standard game. I almost always complete my turn before a countdown begins but I really appreciate that I have plenty of time to think and act without feeling constant pressure.

Whilst I can absolutely understand a different perspective this means I will not play for example the Battle Rush seasonal. I have tried it and found the experience not at all fun - for me - as I could not ponder as I wished.

So . . . if I take more time, I am not trolling, but I do appreciate the gentle pace.

While I agree with this, what I have seen lately is more and more people not ending their turn *after* they've already made every possible move (played card(s), all leader ability used up, etc) and just waiting til timer pops up and expires. No need for that nonsense imo

That's a lie. Your turn automatically ends if you have no more play options.

Some people play decks that require thinking and planning rather than simple point slamming.

The timer is fine - The game doesnt need any more dumbing down than its already received.

When Im playing a new deck and need to think or count something I got so sick of babies spamming "hurry up" I just completely disabled emotes.

I have encountered more people spamming noise to try and get a no-effort win than I have seen people dragging out every turn.

Then theres also the times I click end turn and it doesnt register and I dont notice until the timer starts burning on-screen.

The same system with chess matches could be good. If you waste extra time during one turn that should mean that you waste your time for next turns.

People would be even more mad then, because then you could spend 5 minutes on a single turn if you chose to.

There is no way to make the low-effort card slappers happy. (Except just letting them win with their no effort required netdecks.)

That's why I don't like playing games with people I don't know. Too many trolls. I wish there was a better rounded SP experience. Everyone tells you they have SP but its just practice. I quit playing when I learned I'd HAVE to play strangers. Lol I'm anti-social.
