Those cards don't boost a unit after BOTH players have passed, though.
Had I been the first person to pass, then I wouldn't be asking about this as those units would have had an opportunity to boost on the opponent's turn even if they passed.
That was my issue - NR player passed first, I was leading and passed second, and one of the opposing NR units boosted itself after BOTH players passed.
Your opponent's cards don't get another chance to boost after the round has ended unless there's a specific "boost upon passing" condition like with the Mahakam Horn.
They don't get it a second time if you first make a move and then pass on the next one.
Depends on how passes first, like I mentioned on my post above.
If the NR player passed first, they still get 1 more time of boosts. You should have seen it before you decided to pass, but maybe you just hit the pass button before realizing it.
Playing with NR is rather tricky, especially if you're new. Took me a while to learnt it too, since I only personally started with NR after playing ALL the other factions.
