Odd number of scraps...
I just noticed that I have an unusual number of scraps - one not divisible by 5.

As far as I know, scraps are awarded as 5 after a GG, multiples of 40 in reward trees, or 10/20/50/200 from milling cards.

So how could I have ended up with 2,309 instead of 2,305 or 2,310? The game froze during a recent match and I was forced to ALT-F4 and restart. Could that have caused something to glitch?

End game rewards are prestige level dependent.

Reach Prestige 3 by leveling up after reaching level 60 a 3rd time. - Amount of rewards received when opponent sends you GG increased from 5 to 7.

You must be at least prestige 3.

I've not prestiged yet, so that's not it. Although I guess it's good to know in any case. I'll have to let my OCD get used to the fact that not everything will end in a 5 or 0 at a certain point. :P
