Cant absolutely win a game

The training dummy Ai is very spot on indeed.
You can forfiet any time if you make a mistake or dont like match up or want to tweak the deck some more.
When you get 50-50 you have stableized and now you need to start thinking about how to improve.
When you 60-40 then your getting somewhere but need some improve more
Then you should get a ureka moment and win even higher ration.
Since its been on steam I have done the above, I now understand my faction and cards and built my own ace deck.
I didnt loose a game yesterday in say 15-20 matches and hit rank 10.
Lost 2 this morning and then carried on winning streak and now Im rank 7.
Resting now as I got some job applications to fill in.
Have fun the game rewards for effort not luck.

buy thronebreaker first and you can claim a lot of rewards. use the reward points to build your first deck then.

I used the base deck the game offered for the first 5 levels or so.
Then spent all my rewards on getting free kegs + ore.
Then I picked my favorite deck and kept buying only those kegs.
Then I made a few variations of what was available in the base deck until I had a build that I liked and worked well for me.

Put in the effort to succeed, just like with anything else. I built a deck with just 6 base set kegs and 10 faction kegs, no crafting, and I climbed to rank 9. I saved 40 kegs worth of resources for the prestige 1 benefits, but if you aren't as extreme you'll have an easier time than I did.

I already uninstalled, game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ blows for new pleople. The starter decks can't even compete. Really would be so nice if we could just do some daily vs AI matches to get some more cards rather than getting ♥♥♥♥ on in a match.

You literally get reward for everything at start. You can build some deck from reward points, maybe buy some kegs and slowly build Your skill and position in the ladder. Even if You are at losing position You still can win at least one round of match so You'll get your crown get those RP from free journey buy more kegs and progress to complete Your collection. By far gwent is most rewarding card game that I ever played.
