Can someone explain what happened?
I was winning and all of sudden my opponent gets cards from somewhere it all happened so fast that i didnt even realized what exactly he did. Is there a way to analyze history of battle after it was over?

There is no way but you can click on the button on your left in a match in which you can see the match history e.g. see which cards are being played.

Unfortunately - no. There may be replay feature in future, but it's not yet there.
If you want to see replays, you may need to record your games using 3rd party software. Often times, when you analyze your losses, you may realize the little misplays on your part and improve on them.

if it was a card that disappears after playing it, then check his graveyard and you can see it and read its description to understand what this card he used does.

there are countless ways to get cards from places and easy to miss,

nilfgaard - card effect - move a unit to the top of your deck/and boost it by 2, used on (when moved to the top summon to the field)

skellige leader ability - move a card from your deck and damage a unit by its power, used on moorkvarg (when this card leaves the deck/field summon it back and give it doomed)

scoaeteal - card effect- when you have 5 or more elves summon to the field

syndicate - card effect - on hoard 9 summon from the deck or graveyard

and these are just a few and there are far too many for me to remember
Um...I'm not 100% sure (need to check it), but I think I saw that you can view your last played games in your profile on the game's official website(https://www.playgwent.com, that is) and I think that there was an ability to fully see the course of how the last match played, like a flowchart or something like that. If I remember right it should be available in the "Match History" tab...nevermind, I've just checked - currently you can only see end results (win/loss, faction, type of the game, time the last games were played, and your opponent's name/nickname), not able to observe how the match actually was playing out. CDPR definitely needs to update this thing soon. Maybe even add machinima replay file ability, like what ArcSys does with it's fighting games (it's a replay, but not a recorded FMV/video, rather an in-engine machinima playing out on a set of macros that repeat both players' inputted commands, this is actually much better than a mere prerecorded video).
