Anna Henrietta Skin

I purchased this as she looks lovely, how to I actually see or use this.
Im new so be nice.
When I get option to play I click on garalt to change skin but she or any anna isnt there
What am I missing.

I think because you haven't unlock Duchess yet. Go to rewards tree and spend your xp points to unlock her. She is in page two or three of rewards tree

Could you share a picture of the second page in your Reward book?
The Reward book is the last option in the bottom left of the Homescreen.

from shop? if so, you should be able to customize your deck by selecting anna's skin.
if you just unlocked her leader NOD, then the same scenario, just customize your deck before entering a game

I purchased with real money.
I also have claimed the summer sorice skin and the duchess of toussent skin. (parden if spelling wrong)
I dont see any, all I see is the reward skins which say get unlocked. all say 0/x

You have some kind of crush on Anna, haven't you?

If you can't equipp those skins in the screen I took my screenshots, then I would contact official support.

Use Nilfgaard deck...instead of Scoia'tael one.

fck sack. I bought lots of packs of scoia's. i like green and traps. plus dryads look nice;)

Only neutral skins which you can use on any faction are Geralt (from premium Journey) and Gascon (also for $, not available anymore though). All the rest are faction locked.
